The film was directed by Steven R. Monroe the film was released on October 8 2010. Butler began filming The Stranger Within with Estella and William Baldwin, the psychological thriller in Mallorca, beginning in November of 2011. Butler joined the film's cast in Los Angeles of Treachery, starring Michael Biehn. Filming began in Los Angeles on June 12 the 12th of June, 2012.
